Consider a 3d embroidered logo for your hats

When adding a logo to your branded appeal, first and foremost you want it to look professional. Embroidery is a stylish, cost-effective option to add simple or complex logos to apparel, but when you want a piece that really stands out in a crowd, puff embroidery is a clear winner.

What is 3D puff embroidery?

3D embroidery or ‘puff embroidery’ raises your artwork, lettering or logo above the rest of the material adding depth to your design. This type of embroidery has become especially popular with baseball caps, softball hats and other team sports, as well as being used by companies, small businesses and schools.

How do you raise the logo?

First your piece is flat embroidered.  Puff foam is added over the area(s) that you want to add height and depth to. A border in sewn around the puff area, the design is completed and any excess material is removed. This leaves you with a sharp, clean 3-dimensional design.

Why choose 3d embroidery?

This type of embroidery makes up a small portion of the embroidery work that we do, so it isn’t for everyone. We tend to see it used most by schools, sport teams and businesses. The embroidery process is slightly more complicated, adding to the cost per piece, but it does make a huge visual impact. If you want be the most professional looking team on the field, or want a talking-point for your next trade show or event, puff embroidery is sure to catch some eyes. Puffy foam can be added to a portion of your logo or design to make it focal point that won’t be missed. We can also raise the entirety of your logo or design which makes one color logos, that traditionally lack depth, look incredible. 3d embroidery is perfect for those who want to stand out against the competition.
